a picture tutorial

In one of the Facebook groups I belong to people from time to time share a step by step tutorial for a journal page. I thought I would do the same for anyone interested.







 
Using the sample on the right the final piece turned into this girl however if painting faces is not your thing the background would be great for a collage or any mixed media piece.
 
 
 
I hope you will try this technique, I would love to see how it turns out for you.
